R6.3 Requirements Course

This six hour program provides an in-depth tutorial of the TL 9000 6.3 requirements. The program is structured to bridge the gap between ISO 9001 and TL 9000 by summarizing the intent of each additional requirement, and its impact on telecommunications service provision. This course provides an in-depth look at the requirements of TL 9000 and demonstrates their intent and implementation through the story of one company?s journey to registration. Participants will come away with knowledge regarding the benefits of TL 9000 in relation to increased performance and customer satisfaction, and a thorough understanding of the TL 9000 Requirements and registration process. Key session topics are an overview of TL 9000 including benefits to performance and customer satisfaction, the relationship to ISO 9001, understanding the structure of TL 9000 as compared to ISO 9001, TL 9000 documentation requirements for processes, procedures and methods, a summary of each additional TL 9000 requirement including the intent and impact, formal requirements for TL 9000 registration, and the rules governing the use of the TL 9000 logo and certificates. Who Should Participate - This course is a prerequisite for everyone attending the QuEST Forum sanctioned TL 9000 QMS Auditing Class and/or TL 9000 Implementation Class. It is also recommended for auditors needing a full knowledge of TL 9000 requirements, consultants, internal auditors, ISO 9001/QS-9000-trained auditors wishing to expand their credentials, anyone who will be performing third-party registration audits to TL 9000, quality managers, implementation team members, and process owners. The course will take approximately 6 hours to complete.
