This service level is set for the usage of a measurement that has already been standardized. This tier is managed by TIA QuEST Forum and designed for users in need of a vehicle to anonymously benchmark.

Includes all Tier 1 features plus:

Setting up of measures by TIA QuEST Forum
Administrator controls user access and data submissions (sends reminders, etc.)
Administrator pulls and disseminates data outputs and results


Annual pricing:

Pricing is for the initial 12 month period and up to 25 participants
Longer studies and/or more than 25 participants subject to negotiation
