This 40 minute course provides an overview of the changes in the R5.7 Point Release to the TL 9000 Measurements Handbook. Participants in this course will acquire an understanding of the changes incorporated in the point release. The course concludes with a quiz and a certificate of achievement awarded to participants with passing scores. This e-Learning course is open to everyone but is required for Certification Body auditors to update their qualifications before audits can be conducted to the new revision of the Measurements Handbook.
